Shipping
All items are shipped via FedEx overnight usually two to six weeks from order date if we are custom making the item. All items that are "Ready To Ship" are shipped within 24hours of recipt of payment. If you need an item before that, please make sure you contact us to see if we can do it. Remember, most of our items are hand crafted and therefore not produced beforehand. We ship to the US and Canada; if you are in another country please contact us via email and we will find out if we can ship there and what the cost will be.
Privacy
We want you to buy with confidence at Gems Custom Jewellery, that is why we guarantee that your information will not be sold to third parties and will be used solely by our company.
Payments
You can pay us via visa, mastercard, amex or paypal while shopping online. You can also use your credit card phone for a gift certificate. We are currently not accepting international wire transfers.
Cancellations
You may be able to cancel an order provided it has not entered our production system. If it has, depending how far along it has been, a partial refund may be made decided on a case by case basis at Gems Custom Jewellery sole discretion.
Taxes
All applicable taxes will be charged when ordering from Gems Custom Jewellery, for Canada, HST (13%) will be charged. US orders are tax exempt, but you are responsible for all duties and taxes on ithe tem that your country charges on the import of the item.
Warranty/Guarantee
We pride ourselves with selecting the finest materials and labour, in the assembly and manufacturing of your chosen designer piece. We guarantee that our fine quality designer pieces are manufactured with care, carefully inspected and are free from known defects. We will, without labour or material charges, repair and/or replace any defective pieces we see fit and deemed to have been defective as a result of manufacturing, for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
(Proof of purchase must accompany items being returned for Warranty work. Shipping charges may apply.)
Returns
No exchange or return on rings or special orders. All other merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition, for exchange or credit note. No refunds on shipping costs. Please contact us before returning an item for any reason for directions on how items are to be shipped.
